Segment One is the first step of a three-part Graduated Licensing Program. A student may start a class at 14 years and 8 months

Birth Certificate is required on your first day of class. PARENTS MUST ATTEND PARENT MEETING 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLASS ON DAY ONE!!!  PLEASE REVIEW CLOSELY!  IT IS IMPERATIVE YOU ATTEND EVERY CLASS AND DRIVE!

Segment One consists of 24 hours of classroom instruction and 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training (BTW), as well as a minimum 4 hours of observation.  Completion of this class will allow the student to obtain a Graduated Driver’s License.  The student will need to practice on their Graduated Driver’s License for a minimum of 6 months with a minimum of 50 hours, 10 of the 50 must be at night and complete Segment Two to be eligible to take the Driving Skills Test.

• ALL INFORMATION MUST BE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE, NO BLANK SPACES!!  MUST MATCH BIRTH CERTIFICATE, WHICH WILL BE REVIEWED AT **MANDATORY PARENT MEETING** 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLASS START TIME OF DAY ONE OF THE COURSE**
• Registration will be on a first come, first served basis.   Schedule may be subject to change.

• We absolutely cannot accommodate practice or game schedules.  If your child is involved in extracurricular activities, they cannot interfere with class or driving schedules, choose a class accordingly.  Please read Segment One terms thoroughly!!

• Please note, the dates and times above refer to the classroom hours only. All students must drive 6 times in addition to the classroom schedule. Driving schedules will be given to the students ASAP.

REFUND POLICY:

1.  A full refund minus a $50 processing fee, will be given if you withdraw two weeks prior to the beginning of day one of class.
2. THIS AGREEMENT IS FOR THE SPECIFIC COURSE YOU SIGNED UP FOR, YOU CAN NOT TRANSFER THIS AGREEMENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.  THEREFORE, NO REFUND GIVEN, **UNLESS YOU WITHDRAW TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO CLASS WITH YOUR CANCELATION.  WE WILL GIVE A FULL REFUND MINUS A $50.00 PROCESSING FEE AND YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR A CLASS THAT WORKS FOR YOU
3. No refund will be given under any other circumstance (E.G. No-show day one of class, no show at any point during the duration of the class, missing more than one day of class, dropping from class once the class has begun, etc.)
4. IF THE STUDENT IS FOUND TO HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION THAT WASN’T CLARIFIED PRIOR TO CLASS ON THIS AGREEMENT, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN
