During the parking portion, only the applicant is allowed in the car. Once you have passed parking if you are under 18, a parent or guardian is required to ride along. (Or the parent or guardian can send a signed note with phone number for a licensed adult
over 21 to ride along)
If you are over 18, only the applicant and examiner are allowed to be in the vehicle.
NO ANIMALS OR CHILDREN ARE EVER ALLOWED TO RIDE ALONG ON A ROAD TEST
The only exception for an applicant over 18 is an interpreter or a parent due to religious purposes
